Meet Heather, your friend in travel
I created Be Well Travel Co to connect with curious, like-minded travellers who value experiences over checklists—and know that the little details make all the difference.
My love for travel started early—growing up on Cape Breton Island, I spent my summers working the front desk at the local cottages and campground, dreaming about maps, airplanes, and faraway places. That spark turned into a lifelong passion and a career that’s taken me across more than 30 countries—from hiking the Inca Trail to sailing the rivers of Europe, and plenty of beach days in between.
These days, I spend my winters in Costa Rica, embracing slow travel, learning the language, and soaking up the culture and pace of life that inspired Be Well’s mission: to help others travel intentionally—to rest, reconnect, and be inspired by the world around them.
Because for me, travel isn’t just about where you go—it’s about how it makes you feel. 🌿✨
